معرفی:
حریره یکی از مهمترین و تاریخیترین شهرهای باستانی جزیره کیش است که قدمتی هزاران ساله دارد. این شهر در نزدیکی ساحل شرقی جزیره قرار گرفته و نشاندهنده گذر زمان و تاریخچه تمدنهای مختلف در منطقه خلیج فارس است.
تاریخچه:
حریره در قرون وسطی یکی از مراکز مهم بازرگانی و تجاری در خلیج فارس بوده است. این شهر در قرن نهم و دهم هجری، دوره اوج توسعه خود را سپری میکرد و از آن بهعنوان مرکز تجارت و داد و ستد استفاده میشد. این محله همچنین به خاطر بنای تاریخی “قلعه حریره” که بر روی تپهای بلند ساخته شده است، شناخته میشود. قلعه و آثار باستانی دیگر نشانگر اهمیت استراتژیک و اقتصادی این منطقه در گذشته هستند.
